Can’t wait to butt heads with my boss — at least once each of the past 5 weeks. And yes, I made his boss aware of it. Fingers crossed it goes no further.

I don’t think I’ve spoken to my boss in 5 weeks. Mainly because he doesn’t answer when I call. Even when we have meetings.
